Jason was born and raised in New York City and therefore has an intimate, thorough knowledge of the various neighborhoods located within the city. Jason currently resides within the vicinity of Wall Street, City Hall, and the South Street seaport.

Jason was formerly a franchise owner, which influenced his love for real estate since the acquisition of his business venture required an extensive search for an appropriate locale, and also utilized my negotiation skills in the drafting of the lease agreement.

Jason incorporates a service driven approach to each and every client meeting:

1) Establishes the needs and desires of the client, like negotiating lower rent prices (saving you money).

2) Presents available options,(price, size, lease term, luxury or walk up, neighborhoods)

3) Evaluates the appropriateness of each option to the client.
