Finding an apartment in NYC is hard, but Jason offered much needed helpful guidance along the way, and generally made a cumbersome task much, much easier.
Simply put, Jason is a class act. After having so much trouble with other brokers, I am still shocked at how easy it was to rent an apartment with Jason. It felt like he was more of a partner, rather than a salesman trying to push me to rent one of his apartments. He was extremely professional, very honest and straightforward. There were no surprises throughout the entire rental process - it was so simple. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment to use Jason.
