In a career that has taken him from the military to real estate, Jarrett Sharp's signature has always been an unparalleled level of commitment to his clients and to the task at hand. A veteran of the US Navy, Jarrett served two deployments aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard. Following his service he worked as a project manager at a large construction company, where he learned the inner workings of real estate, sales, development and building.

Jarrett enjoys  real estate because it allows him to work closely with individuals in a competitive and constantly changing environment. Trained in risk and unpredictability, he is used to choppy waters and tough situations. Adept at guiding clients through any situation, he expertly oversees negotiations and handles all the details of any transaction.

Before joining the military, Jarrett was an amateur boxer, winning the Golden Gloves title in 2008. A resident of Chelsea, Jarrett is knowledgeable of neighborhoods throughout NYC and particularly well-versed in SoHo and the West Village, handling both sales and rentals. He is also a culture aficionado who is always happy to guide friends and clients through the city's art scene, dining options and nightlife - in English or in Spanish. Whomever the client, Jarrett consistently goes above and beyond to ensure they have all the necessary tools and resources to find exactly what they're looking for.
