Jacob is known for being very organized and adept at finding unique solutions to fit a wide range of customers. When he worked as a sales manager in the steel industry, supporting the CEO directly, he excelled at identifying the right products for companies and exceeded monthly sales goals.

His additional strengths lie in the technical arena, where Jacob worked as a software engineer for many years. He is extremely detail oriented and analytical, giving him a distinct advantage when it comes to evaluating the market as well as the potential of specific properties. Yet his personable demeanor and warm, caring nature shine just as bright.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jacob graduated from In-Ha University with a BS in Industrial Engineering. He is also a Hack Reactor trained software engineer. His transition to real estate came in 2014 when he realized his skills would be best used making a positive, personal impact on people's lives. Jacob loves working with clients to find or sell their homes, and is dedicated to always going above and beyond.

A resident of Long Island City, Jacob knows this area of Queens very well plus specializes in residential real estate in Manhattan. He speaks Korean and English fluently. His favorite pastimes include web and mobile programming, walking around the city, and finding great spots to relax and enjoy good coffee.
