In 55 years, Iâve moved a fair amount. Including 3 major cross country moves and many cross town and regional moves. Never in any real estate transaction have I had a tenantâs agent who has worked as hard and as diligently as Jack. First, Jack really listened to me. Really. I knew exactly what I wanted in a new rental here in NYC. My requirements regarding my living space were fairly stringent as were my financial arrangements. Jack showed me many apartments. He worked around my schedule until we found the ideal apartment. He found the intersection of what I wanted in a living space and my budget. And he worked his butt off to find it. If youâre looking for a broker who will listen and go the extra mile, then Jack is the right man for you. When I move again, I know that Jack will be my FIRST call.

Jack was a great agent to work with. He is familiar with many apartments on LIC and very accommodating with schedule and fast response. I had a great tour on many apartments and I found my apartment within a day. The whole process was pretty easy and fast. Jack pretty much handled all the tedious work for me. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Jack. While his emails are on the informal side, he is kind, responsive, and goes to bat for his clients. He is particularly plugged-in to the rental market in LIC--he helped us secure a great deal on a 1BR in a brand new building, an apartment we viewed the day it went on the market because Jack knew it was about it open when we first spoke.Jack also won't abandon you after he secures his commission (in this case, from the building we rented from, and not from us). He, for example, helped us schedule a time to view our new apartment to take measurements after our application had already been approved.All in all, we're very happy to have worked with him.

When you navigate the vast NYC rental space, you will realize two things. There are many rentals and many agents. I've worked with some bad agents. You don't want just anyone. They may not show up on time. They are unprepared. They try to push you into places you don't like. Jack is, by far, at the top of my list. He's courteous and professional. You will quickly realize that Jack knows his stuff, and that you are in good hands. Jack found us a great apartment in a location we hadn't even considered. We were very happy to work with him. Would most definitely work with Jack again and highly recommend!

Jack was helpful in finding a new apartment in Long Island City. He is a friendly guy who will do his best to accommodate you and will go to lengths to find what you like. I highly recommend using his services.
We contacted Jack about an apartment - he showed us that one and also found a few other similar ones for us to consider. He worked hard to find stuff for us, and was very friendly and communicative. Great guy to work with.
Jack advertises false apartment details and pricing in the Fidi and Long Island City areas, and has no consideration of anyones time. Took time out of my work day(s) to go back and forth with him as he danced around every question and response only to tell us "our budget won't work" for these areas, which is complete BS. Did not see any apartments with him.You'll have more success going straight to the leasing offices in most of these buildings (especially in LIC - you do not need a broker at all). Good luck!
