Originally from Greece, and after many years of traveling the world and living in major cities like Athens, Berlin, Milano and New York, Ioannis developed a deep passion for architecture and houses. This combined with an organic and genuine lifelong love for people inspired his natural choice to become a realtor and help people find the right homes.
Ioannis speaks Greek, German, Italian and English fluently. After finishing school and working as a sound engineer, he spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry. This allowed him to perfect his innate ability to connect with people and earn their trust instantly.
Since moving to New York City, one of Ioannis' favorite activity has been studying the different neighborhoods to understand what each distinct one has to offer. Having lived in Midtown West and the Upper West Side, he has an insider perspective that is invaluable to his clients.
"I appreciate the fact that what makes people happy is very personal; that's why I listen carefully and tailor every search to the needs of each individual I work with. The number one reason people decide not to hire an agent is that they don't listen to what the client wants. Honesty, trust and integrity are qualities that are ingrained in me."
When not busy serving his clients, Ioannis keeps his body fit at the gym and kickboxing, and maintains a healthy mind with NLP sessions. He is also an active member of UNICEF who sponsors a boy in Africa.
