Born and raised in Russia, Ilfir considers NYC his home already for 10 years. In real estate business he has been since 2016, prior to that had been working behind the bar in Manhattan, studying mixology and working flairing, inspired by Tom Cruise movie "Cocktail". Performed at the Off-off Broadway plays and shoot at several independent features films as an actor under stage name Phil Smirnoff. On regular basis, he trains in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do to keep himself fit, strong and energized. He loves to learn foreign languages to get connected to the culture of the various nationalities that lives in the Big Apple. Ready to help people to find their home in NYC in fast and professional manner, using his deep knowledge of NYC rental properties and excellent people skills.
