Henry Li is a native New Yorker. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he has seen the prolific development of New York City.
Henry first got into real estate when he was a young college student who needed to raise capital to launch his first young mens streetwear line back in 2006' and needless to say the both businesses has been a perfect match ever since. he has manage to intertwine both fashion and real estate to create the a lane that nobody has ever merge.


As a member of top "Sales Team" at MRG NYC, Henry has outstanding support and some of the best resources at his disposal to achieve top results. He likes to dig deep when it comes to getting to know his clients and their needs, creating a clear picture of what property types and neighborhoods would suit them best.

Henry enjoys showing homes all across Manhattan and Brooklyn and is most familiar with, prospect park south/parkslope and all the way to D.U.M.B.O to Soho - The West Village in particular. He mainly deals with young professionals in both residential and commercial, but is also very sensitive to the goals and aspirations of a diverse and broader clientele. Henry's  background prescribes a kind of diversity and inclusiveness that makes him uniquely talented in what he does.

His brand consultation and marketing directing background in contemporary high-end men's fashion business, designing and brand building "entreelifestyle.com" &"almostmade.com" gives Henry a distinct edge in terms of sensitivity, consideration, and responsiveness to his clients. His passion for real estate, which IS evident and natural, capitalizes on these relevant skills.

When Henry is not working you can find him painting some of NYC's most prolific street art murals within the 5 boroughs for high end clients that adore his art installations in their homes and businesses, or working on some of the biggest fashion shows during NYFW.
