Hend Ayoub is a fantastic broker. There are so many brokers out there, so much to see, etc., and Hend is someone who truly stands out for having the client interests in the forefront: Apartment requirements, responsiveness and advocates on client behalf to ensure needs are met. My only regret is that I didn't meet her earlier in my process. It had been about 3 weeks into my apartment search when I came across Hend through a listing. Up to that point I'd been largely frustrated in finding a place that met my requirements; needed someone who understood what I was looking for and all the parameters involved. While I had seen some decent apartments, they were either too expensive, too far from where I wanted, etc. I needed someone who would cut through all the complexities involved (e.g., settling realistic requirements, timing, getting answers) on behalf of the client. Hend is great in this regard and delivers results. In addition, working with Hend is a pleasure. Very nice demeanor who pushes for the client.

Hend was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect apartment. She listened carefully to our requests, found many great apartments to view and ran all over town as our preferences changed a number of times. Her number one priority was finding the right place for us, even if it meant continuing the search for another week. We would highly recommend Hend's services.
