She majored in English Literature and International Trade at Kyungwon University in Korea, plus graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Graphic Design. Hana subsequently worked as a graphic designer, and as a sales manager at a jewelry company in NY for seven years, affording her the opportunity to travel to many cities.
