He 100% understood what I was looking for, he was genuine, authentic (not salesy at all) and he made it happen for me, helping me every step of the way, even through a few bumps in my own rental application as a foreigner. Gilad was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He called before our meeting to ask exactly what I was looking for. He was professional and every single place he showed was awesome. In literally one day, we were able to find the apartment we absolutely LOVE. Gilad was great! He asked the right questions and after seeing only two apartments, I rented the second one. It was exactly what I was looking for, so there was no need to keep searching. I would highly recommend Gilad if you are searching for an apartment in NYC.
Gilad Paz was great to work with from the start of our search to following up with us after we finished signing the lease. We worked with him from a distance before we were in NYC for our 48 hour apartment hunt. He listened to us and only showed us apartments that fit our needs and within our budget. He made the apartment search fun, and easy. We saw great units in the neighborhoods we wanted to be in; once we found the one, he worked with the leasing agency to rush our approval since we needed to make our flight. As much as we are not in a rush to go through this process again, we would look forward to working with Gilad again to find our next home!
