We've just moved here from Europe and needed to find a place asap. Giaz had found a 5-6 apartments which we saw in one day, all matching our needs and requirements.
After that he got hold of us, in order to show us stuff that had just come in, which he thought was something we would be interested in.
On the second day of looking, before heading out with another broker, we managed to see the place, we ended up going for. The other broker only showed us apartments in areas we'd specifically said we didn't want to live in, and above our budget. In other words, total waste of our time.
Finally Giaz put up a great fight with the management of our building, and was a hero in getting us the place at the end. We could move in the next day and are so happy with everything.
Next time we move, we'll get hold of Giaz to help us.
Can't give a higher recommendation for Giaz. He is an outstanding broker. Showed me some of the best apartments I looked at on the market, fought for me to be the first to get into new listings, and was very knowledgeable about the market.
He is extremely straight forward/trustworthy, as well as kind (carried my suitcase up walk ups, bought me water, and never complained when I was running late).
