About Me
Geraldine Sargeant has always had a passion for architecture, so much so that she had her own business doing architectural photography in Florida which she ran with great success. Her love of buildings and visual sense evolved into a real estate career in New York, selling homes in many of the wonderful buildings and neighborhoods that have caught her keen eye. Whether you are buying or selling, she can assist in bringing to life the potential of a space so it projects its very best.

A New York resident for over 10 years, Geraldine has found so much more to appreciate about the city as well as Brooklyn. From its beautiful parks and cultural offerings to its great shops and restaurants. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her fascination with and knowledge of NYC with her real estate clients and anyone working with her will immediately know she has their best interest at heart. "I want my clients to know they are working with someone they can really trust. I also offer them peace of mind and guidance to get the deal done fast and right!"

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Geraldine lived in Florida with her family for 15 years. She earned an Associate's degree in Photography, then moved to London for a year before settling in New York City. Once there, she put herself through art school at the School of Visual Arts, graduating with a B.A. in Photographic Techniques. Geraldine speaks fluent Spanish and English. She is personable and relates well to her customers. In her spare time, she loves walking and biking through Brooklyn and the other boroughs, going to the beach, cooking, music and, of course photography. She use to live in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and now owns in Bedford-Stuyvesant a vibrant and quickly transforming neighborhood that she's proud to be a part of.
