Gabriel Dean has more than a decade of experience in real estate sales, marketing and management. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, where he started his real estate career.
He began as a freelance writer and worked for a nonprofit theatre as the Director of Marketing/Audience Development and as an Associate Producer. The skills he developed at the theatre, from coordinating all the logistics for staging a successful production to marketing it effectively on a shoestring budget, served him well in the real estate business. In fact, he was so successful that he decided to venture out on his own and started The Dean's List Real Estate Consultants, a boutique real estate team in Atlanta.
At the Dean's List, he specialized in new construction single-family homes, investment properties, and condo resales. He and his team consistently earned "top producer" status at both the state and local levels, becoming one of the most trusted names in Atlanta real estate.
In his free time, Gabriel continued working as a writer. In 2009, he sold his team and took a brief hiatus to earn his Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Texas-Austin. He was then awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Princeton. And when one of his plays was optioned for Broadway, he and his family moved to New York, settling in Ditmas Park.
Gabriel has since become a master of Brooklyn real estate, working the neighborhoods on all four sides of Prospect Park and beyond. His experience as a landlord and property owner has given him valuable insight for those looking to invest and earned him a very high reputation as a buyer's broker.
