Frank Sanchez came to real estate in 2005. Always wanting to be in business for himself, he quickly embraced the field and established himself as an exemplary professional who not only achieved success, but inspires it in others. As a former  owner of one of the largest brokerage firms, he oversaw the management of the firm, and was responsible for the recruiting and training of the industry's most promising talent. Through his own example as a former accomplished agent, Frank enforces in all his agents the key qualities for optimizing service to clients and building a thriving business - from thorough product knowledge and effective negotiating techniques to tips on closing a deal, setting realistic goals and strategic marketing. He stresses that a good agent truly understands the importance of customer service, and is ever motivated and dedicated to learn and excel. Frank is now a founder of Madison Realty, a top producing  sales and rental division at Keller William NYC.  A native New Yorker originally from Yonkers, Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.  It did not take him long to realize his interest in pursuing one of the most competitive industries in the city, real estate. Frank quickly became a top producer for a leading downtown brokerage firm his first year in the business and did the same when joining  one of the largest Residential firms in Manhattan.  He currently resides in New Rochelle, NY with his wife and two children.
