Integrity and commitment will always be in the forefront on what every single client should expect from Francisco Valladares. He says that his father is the hardest working person he knows. He instilled in Francisco a strong work ethic while teaching him to ride a bike and showed him that honest work is not just a means to receive a paycheck. Combining that with his innate ability to identify with and serve his clients and customers is a winning formula.
For Francisco, being successful in the Real Estate Business is about being client focused. Every single client, whether they are renting, buying, or selling their home, should feel like they are truly being heard. A home purchase may be the biggest purchase most people will ever make in their life and so it is only fair that you get the attention that Francisco gives to all his clients by answering any questions, addressing any concerns, advocating on their behalf to have a successful outcome.
These past 7 years Francisco worked as a personal assistant to a high-profile family on day-to-day projects involving scheduling contractors, domestic staff, and vendors for each estate on top of coordinating the schedule of each family member. He respects the need for confidentiality and good judgment. He learned how to create strong long-lasting relationships, so expect Francisco to build transparent and honest relationships with clients.
While working for his employer he earned an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Kingsborough Community College and a B.A. in Communication from Baruch College. Graduated in 2020 from Baruch College with a Bachelor's in Business Communication.
Spending time with family is important to Francisco. He loves to travel around the world. When not spending time with family, you will find him snowboarding during the winter months and cycling throughout NYC, getting to know all the surrounding neighborhoods and discovering any new stores or restaurants.
