Fatou is very client service oriented, and dedicated to making sure she gives the absolute best to every individual. With a background in accounting, and as a tax preparer, she brings keen attention to detail to each transaction and has a deep understanding of the financial implications of renting or buying real estate. Her goal is to educate clients while communicating every step of the way as they search for their new residence. Often complimented for a job well done, the ultimate reward are the relationships she forms with people she helps and whose best interests represents. Originally form the Ivory Coast, Fatou graduated from CUNY, Baruch College Zicklin School of Business with a Bachelor degree in Accounting. She worked in the field and then pursued her passion for real estate to enhance the level of service she could provide her clients. Honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and excellent negotiation skills build trust and make their experience more rewarding. Fatou specializes in rentals throughout NYC and lives in Upper Manhattan, her home of 24+ years. She speaks French and English, and volunteers in her spare time.
