Fabian originally moved to Boston from Montevideo, Uruguay, for college, and later relocated to New York City. After years of living in a variety of neighborhoods in Manhattan, he is now a New York expert. Like most people, he fell for the eclectic feel and sheer amount of culture in the city-a city that, according to him, "drives you with its intensity in all aspects of life."

Fabian made the switch to real estate after seven years in the retail industry because he wanted a new challenge, with the goal of leading his own team and becoming an investor. Working in both rentals and sales, he has an almost stubborn determination to deliver his clients with results that thrill them. Honest, open, and efficient, he makes an authentic effort to establish meaningful relationships with his clients and provide them with a quality experience while searching for their new home.

Fabian enjoys travelling and loves New York for its central location that allows you to reach any worldwide destination in a heartbeat. He is also passionate about producing music, photography, and learning about other cultures. Fabian is fluent in Spanish.
