Evelyn was raised in the Inwood section of Manhattan and has lived in Riverdale, Yonkers, and Chelsea. She is intimately familiar with all New York neighborhoods. She holds a Master's degree in social work. Her experience as a counselor has given her the innate ability to listen to clients' needs and to guide them through every step of the purchase or sale until the deal is complete. She understands the concept of a property as both a home and an investment and will work tirelessly and creatively to bring about the best deal and an optimal result.

Evelyn also enjoys travel, exploring the city's hidden treasures, discovering new restaurants, viewing cultural exhibits, and attending concerts and musical festivals.
