Eugenio started investing in Real Estate in his early twenties in Venezuela, where he was born and raised. He then went on to pursue a Master%92s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Working as a Civil Engineer for many years, being a husband for 30 years, and being a proud father of four children, Eugenio was posed with a new challenge: finding a new home for his daughters who were working and studying in New York City!
