Ethan is a big city dweller. Originally from Massachusetts, he's spent time in the great communities of Boston and Chicago before relocating to New York City. The east coast has always felt like home for him and he understands the draw of the Empire State.

He has an artistic personality that at times seems at odds with his previous experience of Residential Mortgage Banking. His decision to move into real estate was not only to explore the more creative side of this business through the details that make a house a home, but also as a way to discover and educate others about the amazing architecture and history of where they live. He's passionate about being able to translate these things to clients.

Ethan's previous experience in Residential Mortgage Banking gives him an advantage when speaking to clients about how the process works. "I think it's important to explain everything in a way where the client can feel good and be excited about the biggest purchase of their life. It's imperative that my clients feel they have an open line of communication regarding their hesitancies and curiosities".

When he isn't working, you'll find him exploring the city or cheering on his favorite sports teams. An avid skier, he has always thought of the mountains as his second home. Being a part of the community is an important part of his work ethos; Ethan is a frequent volunteer for community rebuilding programs throughout the city.

At the end of the day, what he most wants to achieve is feeling good about the job he's done for his clients. "There is nothing better than sending a client off with a smile on their face".
