Emmanuel graduated Morehouse College with a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.F.A. in Writing and Producing for Television from Loyola Marymount University. His interest in real estate was sparked by his grandmother who came to the United States from Haiti and built her wealth by acquiring properties across the country.

After several years in customer service, Emmanuel used his talents and skills to strategically transition from direct marketing to retail and finally real estate. In 2017, he managed to achieve over 250k in retail sales. He currently works with real estate investors and developers to do "Fix & Flip" and "Buy & Hold" transactions. As a licensed salesperson, Emmanuel's main focus is to educate and empower those close to him on the power of buying real estate.

Additionally, Emmanuel continues to study languages to expand his international network. He emphasizes integrity and diligence, as he assists in building his clients wealth to pass on to future generations.
