Elsa earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from University of Minho, one of the best universities in Europe. She previously worked in the fashion manufacturing business for over 15 years as Senior Merchandising Manager, in charge of business relationships with high-end international fashion brands. As she always has, Elsa strives to exceed client expectations, negotiate great deals, and following up with every detail through to the delivery of the perfect product.
When it came to working in real estate, Elsa dreamed it, planned it, and is thrilled to be doing it! She specializes in rentals and sales all over New York City, and is very focused on making the process smooth and satisfying. Elsa is very professional, and seeks to build strong relationships with clients by truly listening to their needs, managing their expectations, and being honest on what's realistic or not based on their criteria.
