Persistence and transparency are the two words that drive Elizabeth in both her professional and personal life. By actively listening to what her customer is asking for and taking an honest and straightforward approach, Elizabeth is able to deliver an enjoyable experience that is rewarding for the client and herself.

Elizabeth was formerly the General Manager of famed hot spot, Crown Restaurant, on the Upper East Side and prior to that, Business Development Manager of Armani Ristorante NY, during which she spent time training in sister restaurants in Milan, Italy. The hospitality skills that she gained are ingrained in her and are evident in the way she interacts with clients and approaches opportunities and challenges.

Since graduating from Loyola University of Maryland, Elizabeth has spent the last 11 years, living and working in Manhattan. Originally, from Orchard Park, New York (home of the Buffalo Bills), Elizabeth traded in small town living for the zest of city life. She returns often to visit her large, extended family where they spend time in winter on local ski slopes or in summer on the nearby Canadian shores of Lake Erie.

Focused on exercising and healthy living, she can be spotted jogging the loop in Central Park or practicing yoga. Despite a dedication to eating organic and wholesome foods, she admits to an occasional weakness for chicken wings.
