Eliza recently helped me relocate from Queens to Manhattan. I initially was looking to find an apartment myself, but after much frustration I hired Eliza to be my agent. She turned an awful experience into a great one.

She isn't pushy or obnoxious, and will answer (or find the answer) to any questions you might have about an apartment or location. She also doesn't disappear as soon as the apartment is rented, and helps to get repairs done in a timely manner.
