Originally from Dubai, Drgaam moved to New York to seek out bigger career opportunities and fulfill his dreams. He loves the "city that never sleeps" because he never runs out of things to do and discover, from bars and concerts to restaurants and theater.
Prior to Platinum, Drgaam worked as an engineer and facilities manager. Organized, detail-oriented, and strong at communication, he translates the skills he learned from his prior careers into effective tools for helping his clients. Also a fine artist, Drgaam approaches every situation with curiosity and creativity, unafraid to come up with out-of-the-box solutions to find the right fit for his clients. With customer service as his top priority, Drgaam is finely attuned to sensing when someone is unhappy and, with passion and determination, quickly mobilizes a strategy to diffuse and address their concerns.
