I'm looking to move in with my boyfriend and sublease my studio apartment on the Lower East Side starting February 1st, 2020 - August 31st, 2020 for $2,035/month. It can also be available sooner upon request.

Annual income must be at least 40 times the monthly rent (Guarantors are not accepted)
You must be employed at your current job for at least 1 year
Provide 2 years of tax returns
Have a good credit score (700 and up)
Security deposit, first and last months rent
