Dimitar was extremely helpful in helping my roommates and me find an apartment. As it was my first time looking for an apartment in the city, I had been warned about the process, but was so impressed with both Dimitar and the apartments he showed us. He was especially accommodating when we wanted to take a closer look at potential apartments, and went out of his way to assist in the signing of the lease.

Replied within the hour regarding a listing online. Showed us apartments within our budget the very next day. Super nice and friendly and followed up in the next steps after we decided on a apartment. Was able to sign a lease to a new apartment in less than a week! Would definitely recommend!
