Spearheaded the first major redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ.  Researched and acquired six lots, secured a 10-year tax abatement, and assembled the architectural, construction and design teams.

Highly experienced in branding and strategic marketing of luxury new waterfront development projects. Scripting commercials and hosting virtual tours. Training and leading internal and external sales team in customer relations providing the highest level of service along with selling at unprecedented price points.

Changed the landscape on the Jersey Shore by positioning South Beach as the Premier Project. Sold over 51% of the project without a finished sales model. Principle contact in writing contracts and guiding buyers through the attorney review process to closing.

Developed sales and marketing strategies to position, market, brand and sell luxury new construction waterfront properties. Closed 42M in new contracts in 2 years. Sold out the 85+ Million Dollar project in 2021 with South Beach resales starting in 2022 hitting 25 to 40% appreciation.

Branding the development of Southbank At The Navesink in Red Bank, sold 90% of the project since groundbreaking.

Spearheading the positioning of branding and sales for Brant Point Atlantic Highlands, sixteen Nantucket Modern style homes all with water views and the Manhattan skyline in the distance.
