Danny contacted us for a showing 3 hours after we put in the request on Renthop. (Submitted around 9AM, contacted by Danny at 12PM for 4PM showing). He was able to get our apartment approved the next day after the application was submitted. He showed up late to our showing but that was not something within his control (the super was out of the building). The entire time we were waiting he maintained good communication via text. Similarly he gave us a discount on the broker's fee because of his tardiness which was awesome.
He answered all of our questions promptly and was super helpful over email. The only thing that was strange was that he required the broker's fee in cash which made me a little uncomfortable but he was very straightforward as to the reasons why and I appreciated the honesty.
In general, Danny worked efficiently to help us get the apartment. The total process, from initial contact to move in date, only took 2 weeks. It was crazy fast but well handled.
Beginners luck? That's what it felt like with Danny's help. In a city known to be full of untrustworthy realtors he was a breath of fresh air. Prompt, polite, soft spoken and knowledgeable were a few of the qualities which stood out for Danny. Actually I had held him up a couple times and he was never impatient or pushy. Only honest and forth write, if it weren't for his advice and sincerity I would have missed out on the excellent apartment I will be making into my new home. Out of the 40+ brokers I contacted to look at apartments, only 8 were responsive to me. Danny (Amrit) was by far the quickest, getting back to me in a few hours. In addition, he went through the entire process, sent me a list of very thorough questions, and then showed me an apartment that had everything on my wish list. I submitted the application that very day. He also prepared me with all the required documents so I was approved in 2 days, and on the day of signing, when I brought a personal check instead of a money order (My fault, he told me but I forgot), he was patient with me and took me to the nearby bank so I can get it.
