Cyla listens carefully to your needs from the first phone call, but the quest to help just begins. The part she really enjoys is taking clients out to show them a variety of different apartments, in order to get a real feel, and an in-person observation, of what they really want. "The interpretation of what someone thinks is a 'view' or 'good light' is often misconstrued unless I see for myself what my client envisions."

She works closely with buyers, sellers and renters in all neighborhoods, educating them with her extensive knowledge so they make the right decisions.
Cyla believes in staying constantly up on the market, and involved in her field, which is why she remains an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Prior to making real estate her career, she enjoyed a diverse and accomplished professional history that cultivated the business savvy, creativity and interpersonal flair fueling her success today. Cyla previously worked in retail merchandising, creating displays in the Tri-State area's Bloomingdale's and Macy's store, plus ran a successful multi-million-dollar import business for 12 years, where she negotiated the first exclusive shoe import agreement between a U.S.-based company and China.
The mother of four sons, Cyla understands first-hand the importance of "home" and what it means as both a place to make memories, and an investment that holds value. She resides in an Upper East Side co-op with her husband, a CPA, who serves as president of the board. Outside of work, she most enjoys time with family, and playing golf every chance she gets.
