When I began my real estate exam, I wrote a statement on some scrap paper. The statement I wrote: "this is to help others." I'm Curtis Chambers, a lifetime New Yorker. I've been to every borough and surrounding counties an exorbitant amount of times. I've seen New York during some concerning times and in its majestic allure. One thing that is constant, there's always a new beginning.
I've been working in service of the public for over 25 years. My first experience was working with the youth, tenants, staff and public service workers in the New York Housing Authority in Queens and Brooklyn. Shortly after I worked in the school system, assisting young people in their new beginnings while helping parents and teachers communicate and network. It's great when a group comes together in an organized effort to solve problems and work together in the community. I put 100% in those activities.
I will use all the resources, tools and transferable skills to achieve the greatest outcome possible. Most recently, I am employed with Northwell Health Hospital in the mental health and behavioral division Here, I have encountered people in their most difficult times and challenging circumstances. To see people turn their conditions around and get a semblance of a new beginning is very fulfilling to me. This experience, knowledge, and commitment is what I passionately bring to real estate in order to assist others with the keys to their new beginning.
