With an appreciation of NYC's diversity that is complemented by his travels to 23 nations, Colin McRee is a rising presence in the New York real estate industry. From his childhood in Westchester County through his college years at Fordham, he has a keen understanding of the dynamic of working and living in NYC. In his work, Colin applies a lesson he learned from his father, "Don't tell me what you're going to do. Tell me what you have done." Colin believes that in life, you have to make things happen, and that is equally true in real estate. His clients quickly learn that he offers them numerous options in their search for a property. He researches daily to increase his awareness of the available inventory. Growing up, Colin had the chance to see all varieties of properties-from the stateliest mansions to townhouses to beach homes and cottages, to apartments. "My friends and I would drive around, looking at different properties, and I really became interested in real estate." From those searches, he began thinking of the place he'd someday call home. Now, he considers how his clients have that same interest to find a home. Colin sums it this way, "What I love about being a real estate agent is the challenge, the interaction among people, and the fact that I get to help people build experiences that will last a lifetime."
