During his tenure as a real estate professional, Christian has exclusively managed the leasing of a 4 building portfolio in the West Village/Chelsea; increasing the rent roll by an average of 7-10% per unit. He has closed over 25 deals including exclusive condo & co-op resales, new development/conversion, and buyer representation for both investment and primary residence. He also has experience in commercial real estate where he became well-versed in SRO/multi-family conversions, tenant negotiations and short sales.

Christian was awarded "Rookie of the Year" at BLU Realty Group, and has received accolades in sales positions prior to real estate. He is an active member of his community, both at NYU where he earned his Bachelor's Degree and in Long Island City where he calls home.
