Cheron Walden has built her sales reputation as a licensed salesperson who works well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. She provides experts financial and budget advice to guide her clients through these important decisions. All of this, while radiating positive energy no matter how stressful the process may get. Her combination of sales savvy and warm vibes translate into long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Prior to joining real estate, Cheron spent over 13 years in television, managing every facet of production and post-production. As the Post-Production Supervisor at Concepts TV, Cheron ensured that schedule and creative requirements were met and completed on time in the post-production phase while simultaneously managing editors, animators, graphic artists and voice-over artists. She gained valuable skills working with CBS Network and Oxygen Media. Her primary responsibility throughout her career has been to make sure her client's voice was heard and their needs met, an invaluable skill she brings to her real estate clients.

When not assisting clients, Cheron practices yoga and daily meditations. She is also knowledgeable in Feng Shui and its ability to bring positive energy into a home. She loves everything about New York City, from shopping and eating at the finest restaurants to enjoying concerts and Broadway shows. She's also an experienced commercial print model and actress and has been featured in numerous commercials and TV shows.

Cheron earned her BA in Theater Arts & Communications from Rutgers University and her MA in Media Studies from New School University.
