Cedric is originally from New Jersey, but after working within New York City, he quickly became enamored with Manhattan's culture, energy, and real estate. He moved into New York in 2012, and he has lived in both the West Village, as well as the Sutton Place neighborhood where he currently resides. Cedric is highly knowledgeable regarding all the flavorful and diverse neighborhoods of Manhattan. Cedric is a first generation college graduate, where he received his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. In addition, he was a founding father of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
