As a former restaurant manager, Jordan's whole career has revolved around service and communication. He has seen all kinds of demanding situations and handled them with the utmost professionalism. Hailing from the green state of Oregon, Jordan attended PCC College and speaks several Chinese dialects. He has lived in New York for over 18 years, and currently owns a condo in Queens.
