Cat was an incredible broker. Not only was she professional and punctual, she was ultimately an incredible tour guide. Cat knew all the historical facts of Rosevelt island, and was able to show us a variety of apartments. Even though we did not end up renting one of the units here, we appreciated the time, effort, and knowledge Cat provided us during our search. I would recommend Cat to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC.
