As a native New Yorker, Carolina grew up in West Harlem -- in Hamilton Heights, surrounded by conversations about real estate at the dinner table. Both her dad and uncle are veterans of the real estate community and Carolina brings that immersive experience to successfully help fellow Harlemites buy, sell, rent, and invest in Harlem. She relates to her clients well and usually puts herself in their position in helping them resolve some of the trickiest situations.
Carolina one day hopes to achieve her dream of owning her own home and building an investment real estate portfolio. A graduate of Lehman College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Theater, Carolina takes pride in her ability to passionately advocate for her clients' needs and be a strong negotiator. She has an interest in space design and spent the first three years of her professional career working closely with interior designers and magazines focused on commercial and residential space.
When not working with real estate clients showing, renting, and selling properties, Carolina enjoys the artistic culture of NYC -- especially Washington Heights!
