Her goal is to support customers in a way that this annoying home seeking process actually becomes enjoyment.

Coming to New York City in July 2011, from a small town in Germany, with her husband and two children, leaving her former life behind, was a challenge.

Finding the right home, in a good neighborhood ,with the price it was worth paying for, was very time-consuming and stressful.
There was not a lot of help and no friends to ask.
As a consequence of her own -not so good- moving experience, she decided to start a new career in Real Estate.

In Germany she studied Fashion Design and graduated as a Dipl. Engineer for Textile and Fashion Design from the University in Reutlingen.
Based on her Textil & Design engineer graduation she further developed a great sense for Interior Design.
She also understands how to use valuable space in an efficient way but still creating a charming environment.
She is an artist and loves to paint.
In her free time she likes to do sports like skiing, yoga and running.  
Visiting Galleries and walking around ,exploring this fascinating city, is one of Carolin's favorite things to do.
