Brian Evans is a native New Yorker with a decade of real estate experience and countless transactions under his belt.   He's found success in both rentals and sales and prides himself on being able find the perfect fit for his clients.  "It's all about listening.  During our early conversations I ask my customers a ton of questions.   Then I do everything I can to make sure I'm providing choices that are specific to their preferences.  Sounds simple, but I've been told again and again what a huge difference with my clients."

Brian has extensive knowledge of the New York condo and co-op process and feels that educating clients is the best approach.  "The process of buying or selling an apartment in New York can be daunting, especially if you've never been through it before.   I take my clients by the hand and walk them through each step of that process so that they understand it thoroughly. It immediately puts their minds at ease and creates a stress free transaction."        

In addition to his work in the real estate field, Brian writes, produces and directs indie film and television projects.  His work has been seen on ABC, FOX, NBC, and the STARZ network. He's also conducted one-on-one interviews with some of today's biggest stars including Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx, superstar Sam Jackson, and Grammy-winning singer Alicia Keys.
