Profile
Finding a home takes time.

Our co-founders Nick Valletta and Brendan Sweeney would know-they couldn't find one either (they even became brokers to find out if there was a better way). Turns out, brokerages haven't changed much over the years.

What did they find out? A lot wasn't working  things like hidden broker fees, no appointment reminders, and agents not visiting homes before showing them. All of this made the process time-consuming and frustrating for renters and buyers.

Their idea was simple: fix what wasn't working and be straightforward with clients. So they created Byson: a brokerage that actually works for you  and one everyone could afford.
