Billy Degand spent more than eight years doing residential rentals before joining BOND, with his focus on high-end renovated properties in downtown Manhattan. He has developed a fine eye for the quality, value and details that his clients seek, and deserve.

Prior to coming to America, Mr Degand was a professional musician in his native Haiti. He then earned a certificate in Business at the Lycee at Bordeaux, France and a BA in Business at CCNY. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish. Billy has spent most of his career working for an entity that was both a brokerage and property management company. This has afforded him a unique understanding of how to best approach owners, and how to negotiate skillfully to close a deal that's fair to both the client and the owner.
