Conservatively speaking you'll spend 8 hours at work, 8 hours sleeping, 1/2 hour deciding about dinner, 1 hour enjoying that decision, 1/2 hour channel/Netflix surfing, 2 hours relaxing in front of TV/Laptop, 1 hour making yourself look pretty, 1 hour of commuting.  Now what would you rather be doing with that remaining slim 1/2 hour you have in your day?
