Born and raised on the tropical island of the Dominican Republic, Bernardo Luigi Deschamps moved to New York City at the age of 15. Passionate about design, structures and spaces, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from SUNY Alfred State, then went on to work with architectural firms.

Through his experience, Bernardo believes that each home should be unique for the client; and as your real estate agent, he seeks that out with great care. His background in architecture and design affords him a keen eye that allows him to see spaces in ways many cannot. Bernardo can envision layouts, floor plans and potential, and knows how to match a property to each client's needs and lifestyle.

With great attention to detail, he goes out of his way to provide superior service from start to finish to every buyer, seller and renter he represents. Bernardo is a big proponent of the fact that the core of building any lasting relationship is giving more than you receive.
