Avi has already been trained as a real estate agent all his life. He came from a family of real estate developers and was exposed to the nuances of the real estate industry since he was a child. Avi's early exposure to real estate is enhanced by his academic training as he studied  Real Estate Investment in Baruch College with an additional degree of Economics at the University of Montreal making him ready for the job. Avi is of Moroccan descent and speaks various languages such as French, English and Moroccan Arabic.
