I have lived on the UWS/Morningside Park area for 30 years now so working with Yorgan Group is a natural fit since we exclusively represent seven landlords with over 80 buildings primarily in those areas.
Working closely with our landlords and their teams, some of which are very small, have given me detailed insight in to management which I feel helps me give clients a smooth experience from touring only suitable listings, getting through an often complicated application process all the way to closing and move in.
The New York rental process is complex, and with many clients new to the city or country I believe it's key to, as needed, clarify it in writing from the get go, as well as simply be truly available to address any concerns my clients may have throughout the process. I genuinely enjoy making a potentially stressful time as productive and pleasant as possible, by truly listening and paying attention to detail.

Born in Sweden, and well traveled in Europe, I am fluent in Swedish, English and conversant in French. I love living and working in Manhattan with its citizens of the world. I've raised three sons here and am a chorister and lover of live jazz, especially Brazilian.
