Ann Samuels has lived in New York City for over 20 years in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, in Jackson Heights, Queens, and in the Bronx. She has bought and sold two apartments, and served as a co-op board president for four years, garnering insider insight on buildings and procedures.
Ann enjoys showing her real estate clients the ropes of the city in terms of its current market and the different neighborhoods. Originally from Jamaica, Ann graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a B.A. in Business Management/Marketing. She additionally completed studies of the Art Business through Christies Education. Ann worked as a Litigation Support Analyst at a top law firm before moving into Art Advisory which she still enjoys. She most recently spent two years covering Biennales and Art Fairs in Johannesburg, Dakar, Senegal, and London.
