Andrew grew up in Atlanta and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He gained professional experience as a consultant, providing guidance to property owners, architects, engineers, and contractors on challenging infrastructure projects around the world.
After falling in love with New York City's walkability, density, sustainability, and historical architecture, Andrew moved there and quickly adapted to the fast-paced lifestyle. He used his engineering background to understand the city's transportation, water, and sanitary systems, which serve over 8 million people.
Andrew's passion for real estate led him to join REAL, where he prioritizes his clients' time and money by using data to find the best deals in the city.
