As a native New Yorker, Andy has been immersed in New York City his entire life. From trips to the Natural Museum of History and the Upper West Side as a boy to studying at America's oldest Acting conservatory in Midtown- The all encompassing landscape that is Manhattan, and it's surrounding boroughs, has served as a place of constant wonder and excitement for him.

Now residing on the Upper East Side, he has translated his passion for the place he calls home into helping others. For those moving to New York for the first time or for fellow inhabitants who want to find a fresh start in a new place, Andy makes it a top priority to understand each of his clients needs and desires. His extensive knowledge from the Bronx to the Bowery and his "3 P Approach" (Persistence, Patience, and Perseverance) in bringing clients dreams to fruition make him an ideal candidate to suit your real estate needs.

Andy holds degrees in Cinema Directing (Elon University) and Drama (The American Academy of Dramatic Arts). He is an accomplished actor and published playwright. When he is not helping people find their perfect apartment he can be seen performing on various Off-Broadway stages around the city and playing a variety of diverse characters in film. He is also a world traveler, fluent in Italian, and has taught ESL for 5+ years before starting his real estate career. He has much experience in aiding international peoples relocating to the Big Apple.
